He was born and brought up in Giddalur, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh. He worked as a lyric writer for famous Telugu films such as ‘Ade Nuvvu Ade Nenu’; which is one of his best works in the industry. He rose to fame in the industry with movies namely ‘Rakhta Charitra’ and ‘KSD Appalaraju’.
