Bhagyashri Shinde is one of the few celebrities who can don several hats, whether in acting, modeling, or anchoring. The versatile actress, besides being a celebrity, is a doctor by profession. The Ichak fame actress was born in Mumbai on September 12, 1989. The diva won the title Miss Congeniality in 2016, and the same year bagged Miss Talented award. Shinde did her schooling at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Satara. She further pursued her medical from Rural Medical Science Institute, Satara. The actress-cum- doctor, completed her post-graduation from Yashwant Ayurveda College in Kolhapur and is an MD (Ayurveda). Shinde’s father, Dr. Sharad Jhadav, is a professor, while her mother, Vijaya, is also a working professional. The actress-cum-model is married to Lt Col Mohan Shinde and is a mother to a little girl.

The actress first dabbled in modeling and acting while she was still at college. In 2007, she bagged a minor role in a movie. The following year she bagged a supporting role in Chinchili Mayakka. In 2015, she became a full-fledged actor. Her first project was Ganesh Dharmadhikari’s directorial, Ichak, where she played Didi Saheb. Being an anchor, she has also been a host on Wellness Channel and Muktagiri News Channel. The versatile actress has also bagged several awards like Lokmat Woman Icon, Ambassador of Ayurveda, Best Anchor, and Pavidhar Hero.
