Amruta Uttarwar is an Indian actress who mainly works in Marathi film & television industry. She was born in Pusad City in the Yavatmal district of Maharashtra, India. She finished her school studies at K. D. High School, Pusad. Amruta Uttarwar also studied at Babsaheb Naik College of Engineering (BNCoE), Pusad. Later on, she went to Amravati University, Maharashtra, to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications (2010 – 2014). In the university, he was awarded "Best Student of the Year" in 2013 – 14. Amruta Uttarwar’s father’s name is Nitin Uttarwar. She has a sister named Shweta Uttarwar Papinwar. She got engaged to Vishal Bongirwar. Amruta Uttarwar has always been keen on pursuing acting. Ever since her college days, Amruta Uttarwar was passionate about acting. Later on, she shifted to Mumbai, Maharashtra, to pursue her career in acting.
She began with theatre and then later turned to films. Since March 2015, Amruta Uttarwar has been working as a team lead and software engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. She has two years of experience in software testing. Amruta Uttarwar appeared in the Marathi drama “Mahanayak – Vastant Tu,” written & directed by Nilesh Raosaheb Jalamkar in 2015. In 2017, she appeared as Suman in the television series “Nakalat Saare Ghadle.” She then acted in the 2018 Marathi crime television series “Prema Tujha Rang Kasa,” starring
