Mugdha Vaishampayan is an Indian singer who works mainly in the Marathi film industry. She is known for “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Marathi Lil Champs” which was telecasted on Zee Marathi from 2008-2009. Mugdha was one of the contestants in that show. She was also known as Little Monitor. She was born on April 5, 2000 in Alibag, Maharashtra. Her father is Bhagwan and her mother is Bhagyashree Vaishampayan. She Married Prathamesh Laghate who is a singer in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa reality show. After the singing reality show, she became popular with the people of Maharashtra. The people of Konkan call Mugdha “Daughter of Raigad.” She was one of the 50 finalists among several thousand children from Maharashtra and became the top five finalists overall.

She was awarded “Raigad Bhushan” by Raigad Zila Parishad and she was one of the persons to have received such an honorable award from the Government body. Mugdha has been an anchor for Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Marathi Lil Champs Season 2 on Zee Marathi in 2010. She was also a playback singer for the Kashi serial that was telecasted on NDTV Imagine in 2010. This was her debut song as a playback singer on television. She sang for her debut movie in Marathi called “Taaryaanche Bayt” in April 2010. Her other movie as a singer is “Let’s Go Back,” “Kadhitari Kuthetari,” and “Ya gol gol dabyatala.” Mugdha made a major contribution to “Ubuntu” in 2017. Mugdha has performed in lots of events and shows including Swartarang Mumbai Police Kalyan Melava in 2008 which was telecasted on Zee Marathi and Zee Gaurav Puraskar in 2009. She also performed at the Shrimant Dagadusheth Halwai Ganapati Music Festival in April 2009. She was a celebrity guest for “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa – Punha Nave Swapna Swaranche” season 7 in October 2009. Mugdha was the lead performer and chief guest in the Republic Day celebration at Alibag Beach in 2011. She also performed at the Nashik Festival in 2011 and her first live performance at the Twenty-Sixth Bhajanotsav at Madras Shri Kashi Math, Chennai in 2020.
