Kavita Ram is a live performer and playback singer with strong roots in music. She was born and raised in Gujarat. Her enthusiasm to sing as a child, perform in orchestras, record cassettes, and put on shows for large audiences has only grown since the start of her career. She attributes her success to her passion, which slowly became her profession. She has sung multiple popular Marathi tracks, lent her voice to several South Indian film songs, and even appeared on Zee Music Marathi on television.
One of her most popular songs is Darval Mavhacha, in addition to her other work Achaiya Gavat and Chimni Udali Bhurr. Some of her most recent work is Ek Number (2022), Takatak 2 (2022), and Vijayi Bhav (2022). She has often been called the ‘Marathi Dandiya Queen’ and the ‘Falguni Pathak of Maharashtra’. She has been associated with the Zee Music Marathi label and has even released a music video in collaboration. Her social media platforms have incredible reach, fostering a fan following through reels and reshares.
