Dinesh Bajaj is the Head of Post-production at Bhanushali Studios Ltd and Hitz Music based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He completed his education at St. Xavier’s School, in Mumbai. During his college days, he volunteered for Local Community Civil Rights and Social Action. He was also involved in hosting and convening cultural and entertainment programs. In 2007, he started working as Manager of Video Content at Super Cassettes Industries Limited, Mumbai.

His major responsibility was to coordinate with the Producers, Production houses, and the senior team to ensure music promotion content was acquired on time and in sync with the company’s requirements. He also coordinated within the In-house editing studio and marketing team for deliverables of all promotional material for broadcast and other marketing initiatives. He had to arrange the relevant censor certification for the film promos and video album releases and managed the relationship with the National and Regional Satellite Channel for content delivery. Further, he was also responsible for casting new artists taking screen tests, and assisting the marketing team in the event management of their in-house film.

Later, in 2013, Dinesh switched to RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and worked as a Content Manager for three years. This job helped him learn the acquisition of new music content for films and music albums (primarily Hindi film music rights and non-film content) for digital and satellite promotion and identify the right music content. He also had the responsibility of digital promotion of music and other promotional content on digital media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc, and ensuring good revenue generation and promotion of the said content.

He had to promote films and non-film-related music content in Hindi and other regional languages (Marathi and Punjabi). The company also oversaw the production and making of new albums, photoshoots, and the launch of new artists and films associated with the company. Dinesh also arranged media promotions, including artist interviews, free music plays, etc, as a value addition for the films and artists onboard. While working for the company he created 1300+ devotional videos with his team in recorded time for Saregama Shakti devotional app.

In January 2017, Dinesh was promoted to the position of Senior Consultant for production and distribution and handled the music and satellite rights for the films produced. He also coordinated the distribution and promotion of films across the country and was responsible for the syndication of content for satellite and digital platforms. Since 2022, he has been working as the Head of Post Production at Bhanushali Studios Limited & Hitz Music.

The company has produced popular songs and videos for albums, movies, and OTT series such as Tum Kab Aaoge, Sirf Ek Banda Kaafi Hai, Naina Milaye Ke, Kaise Banu, etc. Moreover, Dinesh is skilled in film production, executive production, music production, content management, creative direction, marketing, digital media, copywriting, acting, scriptwriting, etc. He has also acted in some movies such as Ajay (1996) and Aisi Bhi Kya Jaldi Hai (1996).
