Nishant Jadhav is a marketing manager predominantly in the Marathi entertainment industry. He has marketing experience for over a decade across broadcast media, advertising in communication, OTT, and brand marketing. He pursued his master’s degree in Marketing at Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Management. In 2013, he worked as an intern at MullenLowe Lintas Group for six months. He gained practical insights into brand services and advertising. Also, he actively participated in the planning and executing various campaigns for Videocon d2h. He then worked there as a management trainee for the next six months. He actively managed vital client accounts such as Videocon d2h and Idea Corporate. He gained valuable insights in brand services and advertising. In 2014, he was promoted to the post of Brand Services Manager. Then, he served as an agency lead on Idea Corporate and Videocon, overseeing timelines, creative output, and product quality. In 2015, he worked at Hotstar as a Marketing Executive.
He implemented 360-degree marketing campaigns for original shows, events, movie associations, and brands. His notable work was the Download campaign, during which app downloads significantly increased, leading Hotstar as a top OTT platform. In 2020, he worked at Enterr10 Television Private Limited as marketing manager. There he took charge for brand communications, solutions for brand, and network marketing. They had eight channels across diverse languages and genres, where he skillfully executed brand campaigns and marketing. In 2021, he again worked with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, but this time as a senior marketing manager. He played a crucial role in PR, brand communication, digital efforts for three channels by Zee, and marketing. Also, his successful strategic framework led to the execution of Zee Talkies Comedy awards, and IP Maharashtra Cha Fav Kaun Award show. In 2023, he started as a Marketing Manager at Viacom18 Media Private Limited. He fostered strong cross-functional collaboration, while managing the creative communication, and media buying for print, digital platforms, and TV. He remarkably planned and executed the IP Colors Marathi Awards. Optimizing market budgets, he drove low-cost to no-brand associations.
