Zanane Rajsingh is an Indian director currently based in Ahmedabad in Gujarat. He was born in Kolhapur in Maharashtra and did his schooling in Indore. After completing his education he started working in a Multinational Corporation. While working he made a short film titled ‘A Candlelight Event’ which was based on the real-life incident of a bakery blast in Pune. The short film garnered a lot of appreciation from various film festivals. His short film titled ‘Hastkala’, a thriller movie was awarded the Best Screenplay at the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival in 2015. He debuted in feature movies by converting his short film ‘Hastkala’ into a feature film ‘Beyond Blues – An Unnerving Tale of A Demented Mind’. This movie was screened at the Cannes Film Festival in the year 2015 and was released on Amazon Prime in 2019. He also directed Colorbaj in 2017. His current project is a film based on climate change and is titled ‘It's Tomorrow – The Film’.
