Vaishali Rejeghatge is a well-known Indian classical dance and dance director from Maharashtra. She completed her graduation as a BCom and later pursued MA in Bharatnatyam and Alankar. Vaishali Reheghatge has been active in the theater industry for more than 25 years and has worked as a choreographer. Vaishali worked in dance shows, plays, and TV serials and taught theater in the schools of Pune and Satara. She is the first female director in Western Maharashtra and is well-known for acting, choreography, and production. She has performed in several shows in India and abroad, like Pune Festival, Classical Dance Program by Alliance Francaise de, Singapore, Mangalagaur by Vanita Samaj Mandal, New Delhi, and Noopur Naad, Durga, and many more.
Vaishali gets several awards and honors for her excellency in the Indian Classical Dance field. She has got First State Level Female Direction Award for best acting and in 7 other categories. She also won gold and silver medals for dance performances in Thailand, Singapore, and Europe. In the finals of the International Dance Competition in Bangkok, Thailand, her group won the gold medal. Vaishali runs a dance academy in Satara.
