Manasi Prabhakar Joshi

Manasi Prabhakar Joshi is a Marathi actress. She has been working in the theatre industry for over several years. Manasi Prabhakar Joshi was born and brought up in Mumbai. She developed an interest in music and arts from a young age, inspired by her father who was a music lover. She is a trained Hindustani classical singer, a Kathak dancer, a voice-over artist, and a producer. She has performed in more than 25 plays in the Marathi language. She has won several awards for her acting skills.

Her notable plays are Sangeet Lagnakallol, Jaadu Teri Nazar, Sangeet Devbabhali, and Dr. Anandibai Joshi. She has also worked in some TV serials. She also learned Kathak dance from Guru Shama Bhate. She debuted on stage with the musical play Sangeet Lagnakallol, in which she played the lead role. Manasi Prabhakar Joshi then went on to do experimental plays and commercial plays in both Marathi and Gujarati languages.

She is known for her creative and innovative style of acting, which involves comedy, drama, romance, and action. She has worked with many renowned actors and directors.  She has also received many accolades for her performances, such as the META Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for Jaadu Teri Nazar, the Zee Marathi Award for Best Actress in a Negative Role for Sangeet Devbabhali, and the Maharashtra State Government Award for Best Actress for Dr. Anandibai Joshi.
