In this film, she had done the work of writing, screenplay, dialogues, lyrics and even handled choreography in the film “Kaakan”. In this film she did not take up the lead role of actress, but she gave the actress role to Urmila Kanetkar Kothare. This film is a love story set on the backdrop of beautiful place called Konkan. She grew up in this region from the childhood and therefore gave a good narration to the film, which presented the sequences in the film well. She will soon be busy with her next project, in which Kranti Redikar will be seen both as an actor and director. Initially, the film “Kaakan” was taken up as a short film, but later when she felt that the film had potential to be made into a full length feature film, she decided to make Kaakan as a total film experience.
