Oh Choong-hwan

O Chung Hwan is a popular South Korean director who directs TV series and movies. He made his debut as a director in the 2012 series The Birth of a Family. Ko Heung Sik co-directed the series with Chung Hwan. Lee Kyu Han, Lee So Yeon, Sung Hoon, and Lee Chae Young played the main roles in the series that telecasted on Thursdays and Fridays on SBS. In 2013, he directed My Love from the Star with Jang Tae Yoo for SBS. The series aired on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Kim Soo Hyun, Jun Ji Hyun, Park Hae Jin, and Yoo In Na were seen in the lead roles.

In 2015, he directed a TV movie, Run Towards Tomorrow, for SBS. Lee Hyun Woo, Ryu Hyun Kyung, and Ahn Nae Sang were in the main roles. In 2016, he directed Doctors for SBS. It aired on Mondays and Tuesdays and had 20 episodes. Kim Rae Won, Park Shin Hye, Yoon Kyun Sang, and Lee Sung Kyung played the lead roles as doctors. In 2017, O Chung Hwan directed the hit series While You Were Sleeping. Park Soo Jin co-directed the series with him. The series had Bae Suzy, Lee Jong Suk, Jung Hae In, and Lee Sang Yeob. This is one of the highly-rated series in the career of O Chung Hwan.

Lee Jong Suk, Im Yoon Ah, and Yang Kyung Won play the main roles in the 2022 series, The Big Mouth.
