Guru Singh Mann, popularly known as Guru Mann, is a famous Fitness trainer and YouTuber. He was Born on 26th August 1981 in Amritsar, Punjab. He resides in California with his mother, wife, Mrs. Harman Mann, and a beautiful daughter Miss Zia Mann. Guru Mann has degrees of bachelors in Biomechanics, Computers, and exercise and sport science. He even holds various certifications in the diverse field of nutrition and exercise. He is a Model, Writer, Entrepreneur, and Motivational Speaker. From his childhood, Guru dreamed of being a fitness trainer and having a body like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

This dream made him start his career as a bodybuilder at the early age of 19. And then, he created his YouTube channel and website to discuss his daily routine to maintain his fitness. And various exercise and diet plans to acquire one dream body. He even started his nutritional brand and published multiple books on fitness. He has been working nonstop with T-Series in creating videos introducing his fitness and inspiring the youth to have a healthy approach to life. He has provided more than 1300 videos and 50 complete fitness programs to the Indian community free of cost to help various medical conditions like: - Cholesterol, Diabetes, Thyroid, Cancer, Blood Pressure, etc. This man with a heart of gold is working tremendously to achieve his dream of a healthy and fit youth generation of India with his “Mission India Fit” project.
