Salil Arun Kumar Sand is an Indian writer who worked for the Hindi film industry. He completed his education at the University of Mumbai and pursued a master's degree in Plant Biology. Salil started working as a Creative Manager in Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and worked for more than two years. Later he started working as a Creative Head in Sony Pictures Network India in January 1995. He also shared his working experience in Balaji Telefilms as a Script Writer and worked there for about six years from January 2004 to December 2009 as a freelancer. Salil was also hired in Reliance Big Synergy in April 2019 for the post of Senior Creative Director. Presently he is working as a Senior Creative Director in Media One Solution and joined there in June 2020.
