He earned his Bachelor of Technology-Computer Science from Chandigarh Group of Colleges in June 2019 and subsequently studied film production, acting, and performing arts at the prestigious Asian Academy of Film and Television in the year 2021.
He started working as an assistant director in Vakeel Sahab Productions and the Hindi web series, Durashaya-The Criminal Intention. In July 2019, he was an assistant director at Marwah Productions and worked there till June 2021. For more than a year, Anurag Bathla was an assistant director at Balaji Telefilms Ltd and worked in multiple productions, both feature films and web series.
