Amish Tripathi is an Indian Writer. Amish was born on the 18th of October in the year 1974. He was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He grew up in Rokela, Odisha. He had his secondary schooling from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, Maharashtra. And he later went to Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, West Bengal.
Amish worked as a financial advisor in the companies Standard Chartered, IDBI Federal Life Insurances, and DBS Bank. Amish started his career as a novelist with the mythological thriller “The Immortals of Meluha” (2010).
The book was a part of the Shiva Trilogy. The other two books of the Shiva Trilogy are “The Secret of Nagas” (2011) and “The Oath of the Vayuputras” (2013). He later wrote another series named Rama Chandra Series.
The books in the Rama Chandra Series are “Ram: Scion of Ikshvaku” (2015), “Sita: Warrior of Mithila” (2017), and “Raavan: Enemy of Aryavarta” (2019). He also wrote a non-fictional novel named “Immortal India” (2017).
Amish won the Radio One’s Man of the Year Award 2013. He also was part of the top 50 most Influential persons of India in 2015. He was named as Icon of the Year Award in 2017. And he was nominated and won many more awards.
