Abhinandan Banerjee

Abhinandan Banerjee is a famous screenwriter, director, author, illustrator, and graphic designer in the Bengali and Bollywood film and OTT industry. He is widely known for working as the screenwriter for the 2014 psychological thriller Bengali film Teenkahon, directed by Bauddhayan Mukherji Bauddhayan Mukherji, who also goes by the name Bud >> Read More... and produced by Little Lamb Films. Abhinandan Banerjee completed his high school education at Barasat P.C.S. Government High School and got his Bachelor’s in Architecture from Rizvi College of Architecture.

Over the years, Abhinandan Banerjee has written the script for several films and television series like Dead Fish Buoy (2015), Shubho Sharodiya (2018), and Saat No. Shanatan Sanyal (2019). The film has also won the prestigious NETPAC Award at the 27th Kolkata International Film Festival under the Best Film category. It was also nominated for the Firebrand Award at the 46th International Hong Kong International Film Festival and the Asia Pacific Screen Awards in 2022. Apart from being a screenwriter and filmmaker, Abhinandan Banerjee worked as a graphic designer and creative director in Asterisc Studios Private Limited in 2015 by excelling in advertising, comic book illustration, graphic design, logo design, and direction.

He is also an accomplished author and created a podcast Sunday Suspense Bangla in 2023. In January 2019, Abhinandan Banerjee worked as the Head of Content at Little Lamb Films and managed the overall content production in the company. In October 2023, he founded his production house-Nandanik Studios, and manages the production of several feature films, web series, podcasts, and animated films.
