She is born and brought up in Geedam. Her father’s name is Abhash Tiwari, and her mother’s name is Shyama Tiwari. She has a younger brother.

She is currently living in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall. Niharika had her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Dantewada and Central School in Dantewada. She later went to Bilai to pursue her Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
