Neha born and brought up in Patan, Gujarat state. She came from pure traditional Gujarati culture. She knows Hindi, English and Gujarati. Her father is a famous poet and song writer. Because of her father, she also wants to become as a star. For many years Neha did Gujarati theatre.

After that she entered into Hindi Television failed. She started with "Dollar Bhanu" TV soap in 2001. After that, she took a break almost 3 years. She got a chance to perform popular series in "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah" on the SAB TV's series. Her role is the lead female role who is the wife of the lead character on that serial.She is modernistic and young lady. She is a nutritionist and very health conscious. She also controls her husband would be like that. She also acts as a host in the show " Wah! Wah! Kya Baat Hai! ". She acted in "Shabhi" serial on Start Plus. She acted in some movies in Gujarati.
