Asha Sachdev

She is famous TV and Film actress. She was the alumna of the ‘Film and Television Institute of India’,Pune. She came to Mumbai in 1970 and joined Bollywood with this passion to make it as leading lady. She started her career with low budget film ‘Double Cross (1972)’ and in this film she played bold and dynamic role. This film was directed by Gogi Anand.

This was flop film after this Asha performed small roles in different film like Kashmakash (1972), Parinay (1974), Lafange (1975) and Mehbooba (1977). Her biggest breakthrough film was Priyatama (1977). In this film she played the role of Neetu Singh’s friend. Her success in this film drew a lot of attention towards her. Asha bare dare performance in red hot pants in film “Woh Main Nahin (1974)” created a storm and after that she got lot of item dance offers.
