Samay Raina

Samay Raina is a stand-up comic and YouTuber of Indian origin. He belongs to a Kashmiri Pandit family in Jammu in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and used to live in Hyderabad. He has studied engineering at Vidhyarthi Griha in Pune, Maharashtra. While he was in college he was performing at various open mic sessions and live events. He began streaming various tournaments via his YouTube channel during the lockdown. He even had the opportunity to have the Grand Master Vidit Gujrathi on his channel. Even Magnus Carlsen – the current world champion has been featured on his channel on a live stream. He hosts Comedians On Board (COB) on his channel where he invites several comedians to play chess against him. Samay was also a participant in the comedy reality show on Netflix Comedy Premiere League (CPL). He has also written one episode of a show on MX player titled Kiski Sarkar? (2019).
