Salman Yusuff Khan, the fabled television actor entered the industry through dancing. He was born on June 12, 1985, in Bangalore. He has completed his education from International Indian School Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. He did mechanical engineering from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore. From childhood, he started training himself in different dance forms like Salsa and hip-hop.
 
In 2009, his audition for the dance reality show Dance India Dance got him selected. He ended up winning the show. This victory gave him an easy entry into the television industry. He starred in the title song of the movie “ Wanted Click to look into! >> Read More... ”. He also did the dance video for the move “ Rakta Charitra Click to look into! >> Read More... ”, a Telugu film, in the title song “Dance of Death”.
 
Salman appeared in the show "Jhalak Dikhhlaa Jaa" season 4, 5, 6 and 7 as a choreography partner from 2011 to 2013. These shows helped Salman to work on his dancing skills and also made him popular among the masses.
 
Khan’s debut movie was “ABCD: Anybody Can Dance” in 2013. He played the role of Rocky who leads one of the factions in the dance group. This movie created a big mark in Salman’s career. Thus, his dancing skills coupled with his excellent acting skills are an icing on the cake for his tremendous success.
