. He was working as a theater actor before making his TV debut. He graduated from BNA, Bharatendu Academy of Dramatic Arts, and took part in the Ftii short course in 2007 for a film-watching course. In theaters, he played three top leading roles in plays, including Laila Majnu's MAJNU and Andhayug's ASHWATHTHAMA (both plays are Ram Gopal Bajaj's directorial works) and Sahir Ludhianvi's Have His Life and Love, directed by Pramila Le Hunte. He was also nominated for Best Actor for Majnu at the Mahindra Award for Excellence in Acting. He has also been a part of Kahaani Chandrakanta Ki (2011), Adaalat (2011), It is Time (2017), and Batwaara (2021).
