Katie A. Keane

Katie A Keane is also known as Katie Amanda Keane. She is an American actress who has also worked in Bollywood. Born and brought up in Topeka, Kansas she did her graduation from Emporia state university in fine arts in 1996 and completed masters in fine arts with honors from California state university in long beach. She started her career performing classical theatres on Shakespeare Orange County and acted as Catherine in taming of the shrew, as Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, as Desdemona in Othello, as Titania in a midsummer night’s dream, etc. She has worked in many television shows as well and has been noted for her performance in ruby and the rockits playing the role of Audie Gallagher.

This family show was aired on ABC in which she has worked alongside legendary actors like David Cassidy and Shirley Jones. Apart from these, she has also made guests and special appearances in many series such as passion, strong medicine, Eli Stone, CSI: NY, without a trace and how I met your mother. She entered Bollywood with the picture my name is Khan. Released on 12th February 2010, it is a drama about a man who desires to meet the president of America and change everyone’s view about his religion. Katie acted as Sarah in the film. As an actress in a supporting role, she was featured in several films, short films, and television series among which series are maximum in number.

Besides acting Katie is also a skilled writer and has written a storyline for some of the acclaimed producers. Four of her stories which turned into famous series are sketchy, all the wrong notes, parental indiscretion, and love starts now. She also does volunteering at the best friends’ animal society that consists mainly of dogs.
