Foram Mehta

Foram Mehta is an Indian actress and model who works mainly in the Hindi film industry. She is best known for her performance in the debut movie Bollywood Villa (2014). Foram was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has completed her bachelor in Chemical Engineering at Nirma University and is an alumna of Indian Institutes of Management, where she finished the Middle Management course. She is the first Bollywood actress from IIM Ahmedabad. She also has extensive experience in the field of advertising, marketing, corporate branding, and television management.

Foram manages her own firm GOD BROTHERS that engage in activities such as marketing, creative branding, and communication. She has worked with companies such as Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Atharva Telefilms Pvt. Ltd., Tata Teleservices Ltd., and the Tashee Group. Although an academically focused student, she managed to pursue her interest in modeling and used to projects with well-known designers. She has even done some calendar photoshoots. Foram has won awards such as Gauravvanta Gujarati and Most Glamourous Model in Print Ad awards, and many other salutations.

Foram's interest in acting pushed her to enroll in an acting course offered by Actor Anupam Kher's acting institute. Before embarking on feature films, she appeared in several short films such as Life and Death, Karma, and Monsoon Rains. Her 2017 short film Monsoon Rains got screened at Sarjanam Festival held at Ahmedabad. The short received a positive response from the audience. Foram has appeared in cameo roles in serials such as Shape and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasma in the past. She also has an extensive stint in theatre and has won many awards for her Gujarati works. Foram appeared in a supporting role in the hit movie Pagalpanti released in 2018.

Apart from acting and modeling, Foram is committed toward philanthropic and social activities. She has attended a lot of events as a guest speaker. Through her talks, Foram establishes the importance of education, women's rights, and many other crucial societal concerns. She is the Brand Ambassador of Nirmal Foundation, G Auto, Wedding Yatra - The Grand Wedding Festival. Foram is also the Club Ambassador of the Rotaract Club of Lotus College of Optometry.
