Bhim Vakani used to practice drama since college days. When in college he took part in college play and then he started writing plays. As he grew more towards art, his persistence in acting took him to Mumbai. At first, it was difficult to get contacts but as he had a good number of friends, who were of the Gujrati community, helped him to get more and more chances in the Indian film Industry.
