famously known as the "Prince of Bhangra" is Punjabi singer and a fusion artist. Sukhbir born in Jalandhar later migrated to Nairobi, Kenya with his parents and spent his initial days there. He first recorded for the album in 1991 at the age of 22. In 1992, Sukhbir moved to Dubai and had settled there since. Sukhbir's creation such as 'New Style', recorded in Dubai brought him a lot of appraising from India and abroad.
The album won Channel V awards in several categories such as 'Best Debutant Album', 'Best Music Video' and 'Best Male Vocalist'. Later, he went on to create several other hits like 'Gal Ban Gayi' and 'Hai Energy'. Sukhbir is widely known for bringing various innovations in his fusion music that includes using Tablas along with Guitar and Punjabi fused with Spanish and Portuguese rhythms.

. Sukhbir had been phenomenal in bringing innovative fusion in his Bhangra songs that also features some elements of Reggae, Rap, and Techno. Moreover, the collocation of these musical styles is greatly stimulated by the use of original Bhangra instruments such as Dholak and Dhols. The famous song from Dhoom 2 'Dil Laga Na Dil Jale... ‘was sung by Sukhbir. Sukhbir also made the guest appearance in struggle-Romantic Punjabi film 'Pata Nahi Rabb' in 2012.
Currently, he is focused to the singing and working on his latest album named 'Tere Naal Nachna'. Sukhbir also teamed up with
