Satish Batra was a popular Hindi playback singer whose melodious and soothing voice created a lasting impression in the music industry. Satish was born on 19th March 1936 in Jhelum, Punjab (now in Pakistan). From an early age Satish showed a very keen interest in music and opted for formal education to train and refine his voice.
