This famous personality took birth on 4th October 1935. Arun was from Kolhapur, Maharashtra and he excels in singing. His traits originated from his father who is a singer and brother Pandit  Nivruttibua Sarnaik, a famous singer. Arun Sarnaik has completed his Bachelors Degree from Ruia College. 

Arun has got benedictions from God to make the audience feel the essence of purity and love. His passion for music made the sound itself more intense, and his performances were well-received by the audiences. 
Before entering movies, Arun was working at an engineering factory. He debuted in film industry in 1961.. Before the debut movie, he was a stage actor. He made many movies and also Marathi movies. He got many lead roles in many Marathi movies. Though the era was black and white, still the passion and skills were protuberant on the big screen. His first song was heard in a Marathi flick, and this made him popular. He is more of a singer than an actor. 

Arun was also a proficient Tabla and Harmonium player. Apart from his movies and singing career, he also helps the needy people in an NGO. He never bothers about money; rather he prefers to give away all his savings. He never hesitates to give money to orphanages and NGOs. His death was quite terrible. Arun, his wife, and two children died in a car accident.

The winner of Zee Bangla's TV show "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs,” this girl is a singer of elegance and class. She knows how to play the Harmonium and the Tanpura. She went on to be among the top five contestants of the fifth season of the Zee show "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa- Lil Champs." Other four included the winner Gangan Gaonkar, Aishwarya Saha, Punjabi contestant Ridham and Keshav Taylor. Her soulful voice won her the support from judge and Maha Guru Alka Yagnik. The show garnered fame to singers like Kunal Ganjawala and Shreya Ghosal. She was under the mentorship of singer Monali Thakur during the show. Her competitor Aishwarya Saha was also the winner of the Bangla show in 2011 (Arunita being the one from2013). Her rendition of "Phool Gendua" of the movie "Dooj Ka Chaand" got her a standing ovation and a gift from Alka Yagnik. Later, the Kolkata girl won herself the title of "ManchkaGuroor." Like any typical Bangla family, her Bangaon based parents encouraged her to adopt classical singing since a young age .Her maternal family is associated with music. Her mother herself is a singer and hence music comes naturally to her little girl. She received initial training from her maternal uncle followed by Pune's Ravindra Ganguly. Her first song was the Bengali track Barandaye Roddur. She is a presently a student of class 10 at St. Xavier's school. Her interest in Indian classical and semi-classical songs also gives her an edge over other contestants. In one of the episodes she experimented with Marathi Folk and left the audience and the judges awestruck. Due to the exposure from the platform her Hindi speakingabilities have been honed to perfection. Encouraged by famous singer Pritam, she tried singing latest songs rather than crooning old melodies. It has roused in her a passion for qawwalis and ghazals. With an aim to become a playback singer, she spends four hours each day in riyaz. An avid fan of singer Hariharan and Kumar Sanu, she likes to try all forms of singing. She has her own YouTube channel, and her first YouTube video was a patriotic song. Her performance was also appreciated by the Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. Her performance in Long Beach, Los Angeles and Huston with famed playback singer Shantanu "Shaan" Mukherjee and co-contestant GaganGaonkar got her an international fan following. Her live performances in cities like Satara received an encouraging response.
