Aniket Rao

Aniket Rao is an Indian video producer and editor. He was born and brought up in Mumbai and completed his primary education at Our Lady Of Perpetual Succour High School. He graduated in Marketing and advertising from St. Xavier's College in Mumbai. He started his career as a copywriter in Mullen Lowe Lint and worked there for two years. Then, he joined The company as an assistant director in 2012. He also interned in Spider Digital Hub as head of Social media marketing. Then, he again interned in The 120 Media Collective company as an assistant producer and director. Then he became a video producer first time for Only Much louder, a company in Mumbai. Then he went to Toronto; Now he is working as a video storyteller in TD company. He directed many documentaries like Next Journey, Standing By, and On air with AIB.

He edited the thirty-second promo for the documentary filmmaking institute at Seneca College in 2019. He worked in Commercial, Biography, Documentary, comedy, mobile phone content, Promo, Reality TV Sport, Television travel. On Air With AIB is a Television series created by All India Bakchod directed by Aniket Rao. It completed three seasons, the first finished with twenty episodes, and the second season ran with ten episodes and the third season was canceled after three episodes. It's second and three-seasons broadcasted on Hot star Digital, and short videos uploaded on the official AIB YouTube channel.

He is fluent in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Marathi. He is working on many projects like MTV Yamaha Road to Love, Nokia PDD Night-Offs, Talentica Flash Mob, MTV Video Music Awards India, Disney's Unaired Fiction Pilot. He also ran workshops on videography and non-linear editing software. He used incorporated management tools to increase his filmmaking experience. He produced a TV series in 2015 named Standing By is an attempt to uncover and document the history of independent music in India.
