Shashi Suman is an Indian playback singer, music composer, music producer, and music director. He was born in Patna, India. He started his journey by studying tabla during college. His father, who is working as a district education officer, used to play tabla.

However, he was more inclined to singing but since Bihar doesn’t have advanced classes in music, he shifted to Lucknow after class X. He studied classical singing under the guidance of Ustad Gulshan Bharti and after so many struggles he decided to move to Mumbai in 2008.

Shashi used to live on bus stands. A lot of people saw his posters from the Indian Idol, plastered on the walls and then he will receive a curious look from them. During the competition, one of the organizers of the show asked him to compose a song that expresses his experiences.

While the contestant is singing his song, Singh called him up and said they liked the song. They met later and he was told that he is more of a music director than a singer. Shashi has worked in shows and Singh helped him meet Bhansaliji, whom he assisted in the 2013 romantic crime drama film, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.

Aparnaa Bhaagwat

Aparnaa Bhaagwat is a Mumbai based Hindi playback singer; originally from Delhi; who started her career as a freelance vocalist in 2001 in the industry. She is also known for singing in Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, and Telugu. In 2006, she sang “Savaiyaa - Chota Sa Sajan” alongside Suresh Wadkar in Sooraj Barjatya’s family drama Vivaah starring Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao. In 2007, she sang in Manoj Tiwari starrer Bhojpuri film Janam Janam Ke Saath and had been credited in many other Bhojpuri movies like Pyaar Ke Bandhan. In 2008, she sang “Hum Toh Hain Aandhi” along with Koushtuv Ghosh, Shavian Suresh and Sneha Suresh in the Amitabh Bachchan starrer Bhoothnath. In 2016, she sang in the Marathi, Tamil and Telugu versions of Neeraj Pandey directed MS Dhoni: The Untold Story starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Anupam Kher. She has been credited alongside Adithyan A Prithviraj for singing “Hoshil Nawab” in the Marathi version, “Pichu Kizichu” in the Tami version and “Chadhivithe Jagathike” in the Telugu version. She is also known to dub Tamil songs into Hindi. She also sings young Simba’s part for the Hindi version of The Lion King’s iconic song Hakuna Matata and other hit songs of the movie. After moving from New Delhi, she completed her secondary education from SMT Vasant High School and senior secondary education from Savitri St. Teresa’s Convent High School. She finished her (B.Com.) in 2013 in Accounting and Financing from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics; one of the leading colleges affiliated to Mumbai University. She was a member of the student’s council in Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. She has performed in many stage shows at New Delhi as well as Mumbai. She has won various competitions in her high school as well as her college where she also won the award for the best vocalist and title of “the Empress of the Raga'.  She scored a 93% and topped her class in 2011-12 while studying at N.M College. She is currently teaching accountancy at the R.D National College and W.A Science College in Mumbai since July 2015 and also has a degree in advanced graphics designing. Her public profile shows that she has a passion for singing and music from a young age. Her zeal, training, experience, and propensity for hard work are evident from her social profile.
