Anupam Sen Gupta

Anupam Sen Gupta is a renowned personality from Delhi who is a filmmaker, film producer, writer, musician, and corporate employee. He is popularly known as a ‘Polymath’ or a ‘Bot on the Grid’ He studied at the South Point High School in Kolkata. He was initially a school dropout and began a career in management and marketing. In 1997, he left his hometown to explore his creativity. He has lived with Naga monks in the Himalayas to explore and understand life. He has gained multiple certifications and experiences in his career which includes music production from Berklee College of Music, Boston, history of rock from University of Rochester, digital journalism from Reuters, food and health from Standford University, SEL from University of Colorado Boulder, etc. He holds a diploma in music from Prayag, Allahabad and did a film Appreciation Course from Film and Television Institute of India. He has numerous work experience ranging from diverse sectors like Management Trainee/ Sales Executive at U. S. Lines Agency and Head of Sales and Marketing at Crown Shipping Co. Pvt. Ltd. He was a Director at Sound Sense Experiences Pvt. Ltd., Stargate Experience Pvt. Ltd., Flattened 5^th Broadcasting Services Pvt. Ltd., and Netcast Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

He had a career in Management for 11 years before realising his interest in creative arts. He has worked as a musician for more than three decades and has offered his expertise to several organisations and institutions. His musical contributions include over 200 original songs and more than 50 short films. He was the member of a band called ‘The Karmic Circle’ and was in top 12 at the Levi’s Great Indian Rock. He is also the founding member of bands Wise Guys, LSD, Mahakaal, etc. He is the founder and director of SoundSense Experiences Pvt. Ltd. and Stargate Experiences Pvt. Ltd. He is skilled in strategy making, brand development and audio-visual communications. He has won over 20 awards worldwide, including Barcelona Cinefest, Amsterdam International Film Festival, Canada Shorts, Dada Saheb Phalke Festival, and many others.
