Sheela Shethia is an Indian artist working for the Gujarati and Hindi-language film industry. She was only 14 when she began appearing for the T.V. shows and started singing professionally for the films. She learnt classical singing from the famous sangeet gurus like Vinayah Vora, Babubhai Chavia, and Kalyanji Anandji. At 15, she was honored with the Folk Sangeet Award by All India Radio. At 16, she single-handedly began to manage live singing at various Gujarati festival celebrations like Navratri. She has sung many songs for many albums and T.V. movies. She has sung around 22 track songs from different albums/films. She has around 25 track songs in the album, Aavi Aavi Nortani Raat - Navrati Special. She has been part of various album releases like this. For example, Stavan Sangrah, released in 2008, consists of 29 track songs.
