Nutyas Surya Gumilang

Nutyas Surya Gumilang, known as NSG, is a well-known Indonesian music producer, songwriter, rapper, and businessman. He was born on 20 September 1985 in Jakarta, Indonesia. At the age of 10, he moved to London, UK, and completed his Graduation from Kingston University, England. During his college days, he started making beats for local artists and formed the band Punk Rup Metal Band called Go Kill. In 2006, he entered the world of Hip Hop.

In the early years of his career, he worked as a DJ in Remixer, and In 2008, he released his first album Working Class Superstar. He has also promoted his music on social media platforms like My Space and YouTube. In London, he has worked with local Musicians like Chipmunk, Magic Keon, and John. When he visited Indonesia, he wrote the song titled Rapuh for Joeniar's Arief debut album Sesungguhnya (2008). After the success of this song, he decided to return to his home town Indonesia, in 2011.

In Indonesia, he formed the Production House Good Sign Media and created the vocal group New Generation Star with his siblings. NSG also collaborated with Indonesian Rappers like Jflow, Yacko, and Wizzow. He also produced the Hip-hop nationalism theme song Indonesia Stand Up. In 2012, his production house collaborated with SinemAet and Rayi to create many songs and artists, thus gaining success.

In 2014, NSG decided to build Music Recording, which worked on music production and digitally distributed content. In 2017, he came to India and participated in the Indian version of the Remix contest, which was aired on Amazon Prime in 2018. He also wanted to expand his music in India. His famous albums Rinni Wulandari Independent Part 1 & 2 were nominated for Indonesia's Grammys AMI Awards, from which he received a lot of recognition.
