Shivani Tanksale is an Indian Actress known for her numerous roles in theatre and Advertisements. She played important roles in films like directed by and Krishna D.K. , Inkaar directed by , Talaash directed by , Shree directed by and The President Is Coming directed by Kunaal Roy Kapur.

The actress started her film career in 2003 with the film Escape from Taliban. After this she acted in two movies The Other End of the Line & Dil Kabaddi in 2008 and then she did The President Is Coming in 2009. She has also appeared in 2011 blockbuster film with , and Emraan Hashmi.

She got her share of recognition in Indian television when she recently played the negative lead in the Star Plus show 24. Divya Singhania, her character in the show was critically acclaimed and she was nominated for the best actress in negative role in Indian Telly Jury Award.

The actress in an interview confessed that she is highly ambitious and feels that there is a lot more to be explored in theatre, films and also advertisements. The very talented actress has made her mark in theatres and ad space, and during the promotions of her film Shree in 2013,Ahmedabad she said that she now wants to look ahead in life and make her transition into the movie space.

The actress aspires to become a director as she enjoys the process of directing during her plays and wants to be involved in the process of filmmaking. She is very confident and talented and has been overall successful in all her pursuits in the industry. She is set to make her mark in films and looking at her past achievements it doesn’t seem to be difficult for the actress.
