Purnima Hindi Actress

Purnima, a gorgeous Bangladeshi actress, was born in 1981. Known as one of the most beautiful actresses in Bangladesh, she caught the eye of director Zakir Hossain when she was in middle school. As a result, she made her film debut in 1998, when she was in high school. Her first movie, “E Jibon Tomar Amar,” was an instant success, and gained her tremendous popularity. Purnima and her co-star Riaz still remain one of Bangladesh’s most beloved pairings, after Salman Shah and Sabnur. Her contributions to the Dhallywood industry include films like Moner Maje Tumi, the most commercially accomplished fllick in the history of Bangladesh. She has also showcased her versatile acting abilities through movies like Magher Por Megh, directed by famous Bangladeshi director Chasi Nazrul Islam, which depicts the Bangladeshi Liberation War. Another stunning performance by Purnima is her work in Shiva, loosely based on Rabindranath Tagore’s short story Shuvashini, as well as Shasti, based on the same story. In 2006, she acted in Shubhna, in which she plays a mute girl. Her biggest hit was undoubtedly the highest grossing Dhallywood film Moner Maje Tumi. A joint venture between India and Bangladesh in 2003, this film is a Bengali remake of the Telugu movie Manasantha Nuvve. The film is a romantic thriller, following the love story between Anu and her childhood friend Chanti, whom Anu’s father does not approve of. A beautiful love story, the movie combines just the right amount of cheesy romance with suspenseful drama, as Anu’s father does his best to keep the two lovers separated, even going as far as to injure Chanti, who then goes into a coma. However, the movie has a happy ending, as Chanti hears the sound of the alarm clock he was gifted by Anu, which wakes him up from his coma. For her stellar performances, Purnima has gained the Best Actress Award in the National Film Awards and Meril – Prothom Alo Awards, for several films, including Ora Amake Bhalo Hote Dilo Na. According to the Bangladeshi youth, her main attractions are her astounding acting skills and her unbelievable beauty. She is known as the most beautiful woman in Bangladesh. Although her hometown is Chittagong, Bangladesh, she was born and raised in Dhaka, where she was exposed to the Dhallywood Industry from a young age. Born on July 11th 1981, she had aspirations to become a film star from when she was a child. Affectionately known as Rita (her nickname) by her family and peers, she managed to realise her dreams when she caught the eye of Zakir Hossain and subsequently made her debut with E Jibon Tomar Amar. In 2007, she married the businessman Ahmed Fahad Jamal, and therefore did not participate in any films for a short while. Despite some rumoured upheavals in her married life, she has now settled down happily with her husband and continues to make movies. The happy couple was blessed with a child in 2014, a baby girl, whom they named Arshia Umaija.
