She was an Indian actress in the Hindi film industry. She was born on 1st March 1919. She started her career in the industry working in Ramshastri – Part 1 and Part 2 in 1944. After that, she worked in Apradhi (1949), Sachche Moti (1962), after 1962 she regularly worked in movies from time to time.
She is known for her work in Anpadh in 1962, from that movie she got recognized and then continuously featured in movies. Besides this, she worked in famous movies like EkSaperaEkLutera (1965), Chunaoti (1980). However, she is no more now, but her works are still remembered with great honor.
