Born on February 8, 1990, on Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, the actress completed her education in Carmel Inter College in Uttar Pradesh. Geetanjali had no intention of entering the film industry. Instead, the actress was always more inclined towards sports, dance, and sketching. Becoming an actor was nowhere in her plan, says the actress.

Shortly after completing her studies, in 2009, Geetanjali joined Jet Airways as an air hostess, and subsequently, she was doing modeling assignments. The actress has done several commercials and print shoots along with being a showstopper. Geetanjali’s experience in modeling made her realize what she wanted to do in life. So she quit her four-year job as a flight attendant to pursue her passion for acting.

In 2013, she moved a step closer to her dreams when she got the chance to essay the role Deepika in Life OK’s Tumhari Paakhi. The show gave her recognition, and since then, her career graph took off. Following Tumhari Paakhi, the actress played a small role in Black Magic’s Naadaniyaan.
