Prashantt is not just an actor but also an entrepreneur he’s an investor at Mulberry studios, he’s an advisor at Rajasthan international film festival, he’s Indian ambassador at the festival of globes- Silicon Valley. Youngest of the three children from an early age Prashantt used to perform at various events that made him aware of his love for acting, movie, and theater. He was just three when he used to perform at cultural fest of the Marwari community of New York, and at the school plays.

He studied finance at Baruch College, on his father’s suggestion and enrolled for various acting courses during the same time for the three years he spent his mornings learning finance and evenings learning to act. He wrote a script in 2003 he was 21 then, and to his surprise Kevin Spacey’s company showed interest in reading it. It was an extremely delightful moment for him just that eventually nothing materialized. However, Prashantt still hopes to make a film someday. In the same year he collected all the poems he has written in all these years and combined them into a book but couldn’t find a publisher, it was then when a Manhattan bookstore showed interest in buying a dozen of his manuscripts to support him.

He dealt with depression due to repeated rejections.
