It got released in 2014. He was born in Nottingham, England. He was also brought up there. He is named after his father who was a Ukrainian. He never had the thought of being an actor until he took it up in college. He was supposed to choose between biology and acting. He chose acting. He came in contact with it and learned a lot while pursuing his studies. As soon as he graduated, he went to drama school, the Birmingham School of Acting in Birmingham, England.

In 2010, he left it and decided to pursue a career in the filming industry. He has many roles to his credit. He has done parts in Dracula Untold Click to look into! >> Read More... (2014), Risen Click to look into! >> Read More... (2016) and Anthropoid (2016). He played Andrei in “Dracula Untold” and John in “Risen.” He debuted on TV with “ Commitment Click to look into! >> Read More... ,” portrayed James. The show was aired on NBC. Some other works to his credit involve The Burn, D is for Detroit and Waterloo Road (British TV series). He landed the role of Oleksander when his agent had put him up for it. He got a call back after his initial auditions. He met the director, VikasBehl, who offered him the part on the same day. While he was filming the film, he knew that it was special but wasn’t expecting the kind of reception that it received from the Indian audience.

He said that knowing that people enjoy your work is an incredible feeling. He, especially, got love from the movie-goers and became famous. He finds it crazy to receive such affection and love from Indians, especially girls. He even got marriage proposals. He found Kangana easy to work with. Some of the scenes in the film between them were impromptu. VikasBehl let him express his point of view about the shot and character which gave him freedom to be creative. While working on the film, he tried to learn Hindi (he said, Thora Sa). He still keeps in touch with the cast and a few crew members and thus knows new films of Bollywood.

His father loved his work and watched it while in Mumbai. He wants to go to Goa and Kerala, and they are on his must-visit list. He is doing a Gabriel Henrique Gonzalez’s film named Writer’s Room. He will do Bollywood films when a suitable role will fall in his way.
