K K Raina is an Indian television, film, and theatre Actor, Writer and Director. He was born in the year 1953. He is a younger brother of M K Raina, who is also a prominent Actor and Director. And both are an alumnus of National School of Drama (NSD). K K Raina graduated from NSD in the year 1976.
Though he made his debut in 1982; he became famous by his role in the film ‘Ek Ruka Hua Faisla’ released in 1986 which was a remake of the Hollywood film ’12 Angry Men’. He played the role of a detective’s assistant in the 1993 Doordarshan detective series
Byomkesh Bakshi, which also made him popular. He won Filmfare Award for Best Dialogue in 1998 for the film named ‘China Gate’.
