Gaurav currently lives in Mumbai and had his graduation from Jhansi. He was a radio jockey for 2B radio and has worked as the scriptwriter for the radio station and even for Doordarshan programs created by a Plus Global Media.

He was the leading hero in ‘Ruke Padgey’, 'Pyaar Ki Miss Call’ and even acted in ‘Main Ro Raaz’ (Rajasthani movie). Later, he acted in a Bengali movie too ‘Srishty’. As a good looking actor, he did extensive modeling for Raj Vanshi’s Sherwani product.

He was also the brand model for ‘Ziddi Jeans’ which figured him in a calendar. He was also the face of SR Power Batteries Brand and got associated with Japan’s product for modeling assignments.

In the year 2006, he received the trophy from hands of late President APJ Abdul Kalam for “Best Theater & Cultural Activities”. This actor was lauded by Bollywood actor Ranjeet once.

Thankfully he did not want to be a part of the erotic thriller movies but did concentrate on acting skills that includes dance, singing, fighting, and emotions & comedy.
