Born in Mangalore and raised in Mumbai, she has graduated in economics and history. Sharon Fernandes won the title of Indian Princess on 8th March 2013. Winning this contest, she inherited the right to represent India in Miss Intercontinental 2013 held in Germany.
Unfortunately, she did not win that year, but with more confidence and determination, she participated in different contests after marrying the singer Shawn Pereira Docarmo. With dedication and perfection, she won the title of Mrs. India International in 2017.
