Rudrapriya Yadav was born in a small town in the Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh. She grew up in Bhopal, commonly called the city of lakes, where she attended Carmel Convent Sr. Secondary School. She later received her Bachelor's in Planning from MANIT, Bhopal, and her Master's in Urban Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi. She has shown a keen interest in urban issues and has been involved in various fashion and advertising campaigns in Delhi.
Ms. Yadav won the title of VLCC Femina Miss India Madhya Pradesh in 2020. She is also a volunteer at an NGO named Deepalaya, where she inspires young people to follow their dreams regardless of their background or education. In her professional life, she works as a researcher in the field of Water Security and Sustainable Development in Delhi. Her experience in community building has helped her empower marginalized communities and made her realize the importance of working for the unheard voices in society.
