Abhimanyu Kak

Abhimanyu Kak is an Indian Radio Jockey and Host. He has worked extensively in different sectors of Hindi media. Abhimanyu has made a name for himself as the youngest RJ to ever air on Indian radio. He hails from Chandigarh. His passion for radio was inspired by his father, who was a prominent Radio artist himself. Abhimanyu spent his early teens learning how to anchor and manage a voice broadcast. At the age of 16, he began doing his show on the popular FM channel, FM Rainbow, and he went on to host the Primetime morning hour of the show. He also trained as a musician and formed his own band, which was called, ‘By Chance Music Creators (BCMC).’ As the lead vocalist of the group, he has performed at several concerts.

He juggled his studies, his job at the radio station, and his music at the same time. His tasteful commentary and humor helped his rising popularity with the audience. He worked for shows in the USA and Canada while he pursued his postgraduate degree in mass communication. Abhimanyu participated in the third season of the talent show, ‘CineStars Ki Khoj,’ in 2014. He made it to the top 12 contestants of the Zee studio reality series. His wide success ratings got him several jobs on TV as a voice artist. Abhimanyu has been on different channels on air like RED FM and Big FM.
