Chhitra Subramaniam is a Senior Vice President of the Creative & Production team at Reliance Entertainment. She attended St Xaviers College Mumbai and later pursued a B.A. in Economics at Elphinstone College, Mumbai University. During college, she was also part of the Isha Foundation Society. Chhitra has extensive experience in Film, Television, Media, Advertising, Content Development, On-Air Promotions, Deal structuring, Negotiations, Fiscal planning, and Business reporting. Moreover, she is efficient at managing large crews, coordinating complex production problems, and delivering within budgets and timelines. Apart from being a part of the production team, Chhitra is a speaker at Content Forums of " How to Pitch your Idea," " Idea to IPO," and " Content Bazaar." She is the Industry Facilitator and mentor at the Film & Television Institute, Pune, and Studio Dhanak.

Before joining Reliance Entertainment, she worked in Ram Gopal Varma’s Factory, Percept Picture Company, Viacom18, at Kross Pictures, Inc. in a Creative & Production Leadership position with a multifunctional role and as a Vice President at Wiz Films Pvt Ltd. Furthermore, she was Director of Original Production, Commercial, and Programming Operations with Turner International India Pvt. Ltd.

Chhitra Subramaniam is always ready to serve others. During COVID-19, she became involved in relief efforts. During those months, Subramaniam has devoted her time and energy to different humanitarian activities, from alleviating hunger, giving over 3,000 ration kits, medicines, and sanitary pads to the less privileged people, helping schools and supporting community kitchens, to providing vanity vans for women cops. She, along with her team, ran this helpline for three months.
