Even after working on several national television series, the successful and award-winning Mumbai-based editor has remained grounded. Alok comes from Katra Gulab Singh, a village in the Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh, India. Alok had the opportunity to work as an Assistant Editor for the renowned TV station Star Plus while completing his degree. He understood from the start that he wanted to work in the editing profession. Since then, he has worked for several well-known television networks, including Sony TV, Channel V, Colors, MTV, and others. Apart from that, he has worked as an editor on various big Bollywood films.

He recently worked on the online series Hidden Mirror, which was released on MX Player, an OTT platform. Working with such well-known TV stations and shows has exposed Alok to the real-world entertainment industry, preparing him to become an industry leader in editing. Alok has worked as an in-house editor at AK Studio & Entertainment in addition to working on prominent TV shows and channels. Alok has worked with both large and small production houses.
