Through this film, Wanphrang also wants to assert the importance of regional indigenous films over commercial Hindi films, where the revenue model is based on cinema halls operating through the satellite-based digital cinema distribution network following the profit share model, leading to massive gains for halls and losses for the makers of the film after the success of a movie. There is no proper system for calculating trade figures and the halls are controlled by dominated and privileged community that do not favour indigenous films focuses on quality rather than profit.
