Suraj Joshi

Suraj Joshi is an Indian writer, director and producer. He predominantly works in Hindi movies. He is also a director and hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. He speaks four languages including Marathi, Kannada, Hindi and English. He studied at B. P. Indian Public School, Malleswaram, India from 1989-1999. In 2001, he completed his Pre University course at Sheshadripuram College, focusing on the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. He joined Sivananda Sarma Memorial RV Degree College, Bangalore to pursue the Bachelor of Science course in Biotechnology, Zoology and Chemistry in 2001.

Joshi undertook many projects in the course of his career. He worked as director for Hero Motocorp’s promotional video in 2013. He did an animation video for the Safety@Mahindra venture launch for Mahindra the same year. He has directed a teaser for a competition nationwide conducted by Mahinda Stars and another video for Nissan India. With Nissan India, he has worked on visual content for their products Nissan Evalia and Nissan Terrano. For Fine Organics, he has showcased his skills in directing a video with the agency Green Design. On the event of the retirement of the Executive Vice President of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., for a certification video of TATA Motors and a sales photoshoot of Bharat Benz, Jaiswal has employed his creative brilliance. He has worked with companies like Panasonic and Foodpanda.

Joshi has spent over ten years of his life in the film industry. His versatility was proven with the feature films, ad films and corporate films that he wrote, produced and directed in his career. Joshi is also a creative visionary and has experience in editing and VFX. He tries to bring in content in his works that has a positive impact on society. Kiran Dodiya, an event marketeer complimented Joshi for his ability to manage teams and offer creative solutions in optimising budget. He has been endorsed by prominent professionals in the fields of advertising, social media marketing, creative direction, feature writing and film production. 

Joshi is well known for directing the movie Flight, released in 2021. It was pitched by A Crazy Boyz Entertainment Production. The poster of the movie came with the hashtag #FIGHTTOSURVIVE. With high ratings in online reviews, the movie was bought by Amazon Prime Video and is streaming on the online platform. The movie received critical acclaim and contained high-quality audio visuals.
