. She has a Post-graduation in Diploma Social Communication Media from Sophia Shree Basant Kumar Memorial Polytechnic, Mumbai, and a BA in English from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She has experience in creating creative strategies, branding, and designing development, production, and implementation of innovative campaigns using multimedia and video documentaries.
Madhuri was also a multimedia producer and communication strategist in New York and Delhi. She has created multimedia campaigns and videos to expose violence against women, including Mission Hazaar, Bell Bajao, Restore Fairness, and I Can End Deportation. The Public Service Broadcasting Trust commissioned Madhuri to direct Can't Hide Me, a documentary advocating gender equality, and Red Roses, a film about South Asian women who immigrated to New York and their experiences working in beauty salons. She has also received several Awards in several festivals including the Social Impact Media Award for human rights curriculum.Â
